Can any one experimentally say me if they`re is such a bet where you can bet on the odds of the individual brackets? Example: Say Duke plays Virginia in the first round & Duke is the higher seed. For certain is they`re an odds bet where Virginia is an four to one underdog? And more importantly, can we bet on Virginia to win and leisurely get a 4:1 payoff if they win? Someone told me that kind of bet only exist in Vegas. Is this true?
