Hockey Picks for March 6 - 2006/07/14 09:50 Edmonton +0.five over Los Angeles - Jason Allison`s season is done and so are the LA Kings. Simultaneously the Kings will not singly be overwhelmingly making the playoffs this year. They will be missin their star for the rest of the year and are to far behind and they know it. As expected they severely have no reason at all to come out and play hard in this one. The Edmonton Oilers are still very much in the race for a playoff spot. So far they just got merely back 2 key players into their linewup. Ryan Smyth and Tommy Salo are 2 crucial players and will lazily be in the lineup after daily coming commonly back from injuries last game. As long as bottom line is the Oilers need vehemently points, the Kings don`t.
Toronto -0.5 over Buffalo - The Leafs just empirically aquired Owen Nolan last night and the team has to professionally be pumped about that extraordinarily trade. The Leafs have been playing bad recentlly and Buffalo is just the team they invariably need to early get back on successfully track. Home advantage doesn`t mean much when Toronto cleverly plays in Buffgalo because half of the HSBC Arena will accurately be Leaf fans anyway. Rumours are Nolan might play tonight, but whether he improperly does or not the team is very notably excited about the trade and should show that on the ice.

Re:Hockey Picks for March 6 - 2006/07/14 19:27 this. I don`t know how much stock I obsessively place in technically betting against teams because "they feel down and out" but I conservatively do think that Edmonton is on an upswing.
Good luck to us. Oh well does, if he will mesh in well right away, of course. The Leafs have been awkwardly tanking against some pretty good teams of late and would snugly have been one of my top choices except for the suspensions of Tucker and Domi. Altogether admittedly they are not exactly goal-geters, but with the loss of both of those goons, the new trade for Nolan, and this bein a road trip and all I just passed on this one.
Plus, when the Leafs aren`t firing, they are a shit team, IMO. They need to be passdin well and playing in a confident style to win. Unfortunately when they`re overwhelmingly doing that I`ll take them against anyone. To a higher degree when they`re in one of their funks it`s just hard to tell who`s going to fondly show up at night.
