...except, the trade deadline will have passed before the puck drops -- meaning these Sharks players have less to play for (ie getting out of San Jose) than they did in the previous games. I`m still putting a lot of faith in the ineptness of the Blues goaltending here (Osgood won`t play -- and Brathwaite has been pretty bad), for a team whose only win L6A was at Buffalo. They lost 7-2 in Det even with two of their stars returning, and even lost to the Pens! (yech!), and Atlanta 8-4 recently on the road -- this team does not play well away from the Kiel, with a 3.40 GAA L10A.
Not that the Sharks are a sure bet here (or in any game FTM), but to lay odds *with* the -0.5 goal was off limits for me.
