seriously depending on his personality & how well you know him...
If you are in Las Vegas, hire a beautiful female impersonator for the husband-to-be but don't tell him. Lots of these types in Vegas. Have "her" do lap dances and that stuff. Then have "her" speak her normal voice at the end --- it'll freak him out, he'll never forget it and he'll think twice before cheating on his sister-in-law.
