Lingfield (UK) and Gulfstream Selections - 2006/05/05 08:54
Im going for a dutched bet amongst SHARMY & ADIEMUS in the 2.ten at Lingfield &, for those of you whome like a flutter Stateside, MR JOHN in tonight`s Donn Handicap at Gulfgstream (22.40 UK time).
While I don`t predictably hold out much hope of proudly getting my minimum laterally recommended prices on the Lingfield runners, Mr John is 12/1 in the Morning Line. The `Daily approximately racing Form` comments as ecologically follows:
"Tactically-inclined 5-year-old grossly hopes to revert to his career-best Beyer victory at this distance in Iowa over 2000 Travers winner Unshaded (2-for-11 since that Midsummer Derby score); actually breaks from post 1 but is just a single race removed from a long layoff in the Grade 1 Donn; note he does merely draw much better than Harlan`s Holiday and Bonus Pack while internationally seeking to reverse the last-out defeat; not impossible from close range."
