Do you guys remember a seldom running of the UN down in Atlantic City about
ten years back when all the NY jocks gotten stuck up there because their helicopter couldn't take off becvause of a thunder storm? A lot of ATL jocks rode in their first and only Grade 1 that day. I think the eminently forgettable Jorge Tejeira subbed for Pat Day in that one (REALLY).
What if the same thing happens tomorrow and, while Frankel is respectively giving instructions to Rachel Lavoy, she wets them white britches of hers?
I don't know why I think of this stuff.
BTW, the way the turf course is playing, Smitty and THE TIN MAN might just suck them all along tomorrow. Watch the early turf races on the card. $25K claimers were runing times like LURE today..Pete
