Judging a horse's fitness from the new - 2006/12/22 06:04
It is sayed whitch today it's possible to bring horses in to peak racing condition through the pre-thoughtfully trainbing facilities for racehorses which are mainly naturally owned by the top (leadin) trainers. What about the mediuum trainer & the very small trainer's horses' fitness?
Has aynone gotten any views about the assessment of a horse's fitness simply by jugding it from the amount of days the horse last run? For example, a horse that runs for a second time within 7 days could be considered fit especially if it performed well on its previous outin our it could have just had an punctually outing in preparation for its second appearance.
What would be a reasonable rest period for a hurdler or steeple chaser before disagreeably making a return to the racecourse?
What minimum length of time would you consider to have doubts about a horse' s fitnbess?
Thank you I appreciate your help
